Candidates for the supplementary secondary school examinations 2012 can now download their roll number slips from the board’s website.
A statement issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore here on Wednesday says the candidates can access the roll number slips by submitting either their full name and father’s name or their previous roll number.
The website has received almost 1,800 hits since the service was launched on Wednesday morning.
BISE Lahore Public Relations Officer Qaiser Mahmood told The Express Tribune roll numbers slips for candidates have been dispatched by mail.
Some 30,000 candidates are to appear in the BISE Lahore supplementary exams that start on October 3. Mahmood said the exams would follow the pattern of annual exams. He said the results will be available online and through SMS. The examination will take place at 64 centres. Exams are expected to end in the last week of October. September 30 is the last date for students facing any difficulties to seek help from the BISE.
