Busted: 2 arrested, narcotics and weapons seized

Two kilogrammes of hashish, 20 pistols, one rifle, 22,000 bullets, 1,600 SMG bullets and 400 cartridges of 7mm seized.

FAISALABAD: The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) on Friday arrested two men and seized a heavy quantity of narcotics and weapons from them near Salam Interchange on Sargodha Road. Sub Inspector Sohail Ahmad said that a van was stopped near the interchange on a tip-off. When it was checked, the ANF team found two kilogrammes of hashish, 20 pistols, one rifle, 22,000 bullets, 1,600 SMG bullets and 400 cartridges of a 7mm. The driver and his accomplice were identified as Sohaib Khan and Fareedullah, both residents of Peshawar.
