LAHORE: The Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) Punjab chapter organised a demonstration in Lahore against an anti-Islam film, Express News reported on Wednesday.

The IJT leaders delivered speeches and protesters burnt an American flag.

The participants have assured the security officials that their protest will be a peaceful one and no public property will be damaged.

Anticipating a possible march towards the US Consulate in the city, the roads leading to the diplomatic mission have been blocked with containers.

Hundred of policemen have been deployed to maintain law and order during protests.

Earlier, participants of a protest rally organised by the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) managed to reach very close to the consulate and staged a sit-in outside the main gate.

Today is just this 1 movie, next day some one else will make part 2, 3 or even more. It doesnt end. What does end it not paying any mind to them. So what if they do what they do. Learn to ignore and tolerate than destroying yourselves. But then again, whom am I talking to, these people have promised never to get out of dark ages.
