LAHORE: The Watan Party through Barrister Zafarullah Khan on Wednesday moved a petition before Supreme Court’s Lahore registry requesting it to direct the UN mission on missing persons to leave the country. Khan stated no such mission was needed since Pakistan’s legal system is working well. He said such a commission visits states where no independent judiciary or democracy existed. Khan added Pakistan had all the facilities needed to investigate its internal matters.
