Lahore Airport Security Force recovers heroin

The passengers, Khurram Shahzad and Yousaf Maseh, were carrying heroin on a Malaysia-bound Thi Airways flight.

The Airport Security Force (ASF) in Lahore foiled a bid to smuggle one kilogramme of heroin and arrested two passengers from a flight going abroad.

According to the ASF, Khurram Shahzad and Yousaf Maseh were carrying heroin on a Malaysia-bound Thi Airways flight.

The security force seized heroin from Khurram Shahzad, who informed the ASF officials about his accomplice travelling on the same flight and carrying heroin in his stomach.

The passengers were handed over to the Anti Narcotics Force by the ASF.
