ISLAMABAD: A flag hoisting ceremony was held at Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday to mark Independence Day. IHC Chief Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman hoisted the flag, while the Islamabad police presented a guard of honour. The ceremony was attended by IHC judges including Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan, Justice Azim Khan Afridi, and district court judges. Beside the judges, other IHC staffers were also present at the ceremony, including newly-appointed IHC Registrar Niaz Muhammad Khan, along with Islamabad High Court Bar Association and Islamabad District Bar Association members led by Nayab Hassan Gardezi and Javed Akbar Shah.
