ISLAMABAD: The National Registration and Database Authority (NADRA) will issue a new smart card which will be distinguished from the earlier one as it will have 36 features, its chairman Tariq Malik said on Monday. He said that it will be the safest and most secure card because it cannot be replicated. The chairman said a chip will be fitted into the card which helps the government to provide all out facilities like health, life insurance and donation in case of calamity to the people. Tariq Malik said Germany and Belgium have made experience of such smart cards and now Pakistan is also in a position to launch such a smart card.
