To overcome water crisis in the city, Capital Development Authority (CDA) will install two tubewells in each sector.
This was said by CDA Chairman Farkhand Iqbal during a visit to sectors I-8, I-9 and I-10 on Thursday.
The chairman also reviewed the progress on water pumps project currently being completed with the cooperation of USAID.
He said the CDA would execute projects to exploit alternative energy resources, adding that generators would be installed at major water pumping stations to ensure continuous water supply.
