Fake assistant: Youths accuse GM Khuhro of eating up their money

NAUDERO: GM Khuhro, who called himself as personal assistant of Sindh Assembly Speaker Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, collected money from a few unemployed youth of Naudero for giving them jobs in different departments.

The young men gathered in Garhi Khuda Bux when President Asif Ali Zardari reached there on Saturday but the police did not allow them to meet him.

Nadeem Abro, Sagheer Abro and others alleged that GM Khuhro was given Rs0.3 million for a job in Pakistan International Airlines and other departments.

They also told the media that that even though three years have passed GM Khuhro gave them a bogus cheque of Rs50,000 to pay them back.

They appealed President Zardari to act against Khuhro.
