Sialkot atrocity

BANGKOK: This is in reference to your report on two men beaten to death with sticks in Sialkot. Those who actually physically tortured the two brothers and all those who saw the scene and did nothing are all part of the crime. They have no humanity. The scene becomes more horrible when we see the police presence. I strongly recommend to the authorities that after seeing the clip there remains no need for any departmental enquiry against the police personnel present on the scene. Those present should not only be dismissed from service, they should also be charged under the law for failing to carry out their duty of protecting the brothers.

I thank the person who recorded the video and provided it to the media. Also I thank the Chief Justice of Pakistan for taking suo motu action.
