Curtain raiser: Kashmir Accession Day today

MIRPUR: The 65th Kashmir Accession to Pakistan Day will be observed across Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday (today). The day marks the renewal of the historical resolution of Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan passed by the people of Jammu and Kashmir in Srinagar in 1947. Their representatives demanded the then Dogra rulers to materialize the accession of the Jammu Kashmir state to Pakistan.
