Saving lives: Workshop on cardiovascular life support held

More than 30 people attended the workshop.

A two-day workshop was organised at Indus Hospital to demonstrate the correct usage of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support to the staff of the hospital. More than 30 people attended the workshop, including doctors, nurses and paramedics from the emergency department.


The chief coordinators of the event were Dr Muhammad Shahid, head of the Emergency Room and consultant cardiologist Dr Imran Iftikhar. Both of them are certified in administering advanced cardiovascular support.
