ISLAMABAD: Through field experience, over forty youth from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) were trained in problem-solving on self-help involving the community at the local level. Youth from different backgrounds were selected as trainers in the seven-day training organized by YES Network Pakistan, which concluded here recently. They also spent one day in the field developing a social enterprise plan while working in the field to address a local problem by following both earned and unearned strategies. They will return to their respective areas to impart training on social entrepreneurship to hundreds of youth in Fata.
