ICT-Comppec 2012: Software competition ends

“GSM Interceptor”, a project by students of NUST MCS was selected as the overall best project in the exhibition

The second day of 11th Inter-college computer project competition and exhibition at NUST College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering featured a variety of projects displayed by students from across the country, said a press release. “GSM Interceptor”, a project by students of NUST Military College of Signals (MCS), was selected as the overall best project in the exhibition, while “Solar Energy Harvesting” by MCS students got the first prize in electromechanical systems. Punjab University College of Information Technology students bagged the first prize in information systems, while “Telemetry of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle”, a project by CASE students, was declared first in communication systems. The first prize in digital systems category was given to the project on “multi-touch interactive table top”, displayed by students of NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
