QUETTA: Acting President Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal) Jahanzaib Jamaldini has said that inclusion of Afghan refugees as local Pashtun population in a recent house-listing survey should be cancelled. “Millions of Afghan refugees have been enlisted as locals and BNP rejects these official findings and would resist this conspiracy against Balochistan,” he told a news conference in Quetta on Tuesday. The BNP leader said the inclusion of Afghan refugees as local Pashtun population would convert the Baloch people into a minority. Responding to a question, Jamaldini said that they had no objection on formation of Pashtun province consisting of Pashtun districts.
