LAHORE: In praise of President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA Rafat Sultana Dar sang a parody song before the media on Firday.

The song, which parodied a famous Punjabi song Bismillah Karaan, also commented on the country’s current situation.

Belonging to Faisalabad, the MPA spoke in the Punjab assembly on the recent budget put forward by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government. Later, she amused the media with her poetic praise of Zardari and Gilani.

However, she not just praised the president and the prime minister but also criticised Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
