Improving infrastructure: Japanese experts to help build roads
KMC Administrator says foreigners will also be offered opportunities for making direct investment in EPZ.

KARACHI:
A six-member team of Japanese experts has arrived in the city for helping improve the city’s infrastructure. Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Administrator Mohammad Hussain Syed said on Wednesday that the foreigners will also be offered opportunities for making direct investment in the Export Processing Zone. The construction work on the second phase of Mehran Highway has begun and the Karachi Circular Railway project will begin by September 2013.
