HEC: UAF faculty protest funding suspension

FAISALABAD:

University of Agriculture Faisalabad’s Academic Staff Association on Saturday staged a protest demonstration over the suspension of funding to the Higher Education Commission.

ASA president Prof Munir A Shiekh said the protest drive would continue until the funding was resumed. He said a two-hour boycott of work would be observed from 9am to 11am everyday from June 11 to June 16. From June 18, he said, classes would be boycotted everyday for two hours.
