BB murder case: FIA submits final challan, names Musharraf as main offender
According to the FIA prosecutor, the challan states that Musharraf has been “intentionally” avoiding court notices issued to him and that the hearings should proceed in his absence.
An anti-terrorism court has also accepted the challan for hearing.
Former DG IB Brigadier Ijaz Shah, retired Brigadier Javed Cheema and two American journalists will appear before the court as witnesses against Musharraf.
In the challan, Musharraf is also accused of compromising on Benazir’s security, which made her an easy target for militants.
According to Express News correspondent Qaiser Shirazi, the court can award a jail term between five to ten years to Musharraf for his consistent failure to present himself before the court.

There were few other people named in the FIR where are they? We would like to see Zardari or Shabaz Shariff tried for the death of Salman Taseer.

her death has been solved. baitullah mehsud has admitted he sent people to kill her. the only question is was there someone behind him. its not difficult to buy people with money. and todays world of shadowy alliances, who knows who paid who and where their alliances were.

BB case will remain unsolved like liaquat ali khan,ziaulhaq, partition of Bangladesh,ojhri camp 12 may,yoom ashoor,nishatar park incident,karachi target killing and many other thousands of case in Pakistan
Main offender? Was it not Musharraf that tried to stop BB from holding a rally in Liqkat Bagh? Was it not Musharraf that provided her with a bullet proof car? Was it Musharraf that asked BB to stick her head out? Was it Musharraf that gained from her death? Answer these questions yourself and reach a conclusion. I have already reached mine.
