Crime: Three held, 13.8kg hashish seized

ATTOCK: The Attock Khurd police on Saturday arrested three suspected drug pushers including two women and seized 13.8kg of hashish from their possession. On a tip-off, the police stopped a coaster (P-5388) arriving from Peshawar at a police picket on GT Road. During search, the police seized seven packets of hashish sealed in a tea set packaging and arrested Jalal Khan, a resident of Peshawar. Meanwhile, the same police seized 2.2kg of hashish from Shagufta Bano and 1.1kg from Rafit Bibi from Faisalabad. Both were coming form Peshawar in a passenger van (K-5954). Separate cases have been registered against them under the anti-narcotics law and further investigations are underway.
