Robbery: Man shot, killed

MULTAN: A man was shot and killed for resisting a robbery in New Multan police station precincts on Monday. New Multan station house officer Rana Tariq said the deceased was identified as Jaffar Shah, 30. He said Shah was killed during robbery at a shop near Mepco office. He said several unidentified armed men had stormed the shop and held people hostage. They fled after killing Shah on resisting their robbery attempt.
