'Transparency will be ensured in the relief operation'

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani said that transparency will be ensured in the distribution of aid in the relief operation ongoing in the flood hit areas.

He was addressing the flood affected people in Layyah where he arrived to overview the relief operations.

Gilani said that all political parties will be taken into confidence regarding the flood situation in the country.

Gilani said that rehabilitation process will be completed along with the Punjab Government and that matters regarding the 25 billion demand by the Punjab Government will be resolved mutually.

He also distributed relief goods among the affected people in Layyah.

    They have different meanings of ‘Transparency’ in their vocabulary. Were the things transparent earlier, do we have any transparent source of judgement against them? Answer is definetely ‘NO’. So there should be no hope from them that they will be able to use such reliefe funds effectively for the best of flood victims, there is only one source for their care and it is ‘Almighty Allah’.

    Yes by the grace of Allah there is the whole Pakistani nations which are doing all on-ground helps and supports to each other.Recommend

    Do show the transparency in relief funds otherwise all your efforts will be nullified and there will be no place for you (politicians of all main streams) in the country’s next general elections.Recommend
