Crime: Four suspects held as hashish seized

ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad police on Wednesday arrested four suspects and seized 4.783 kilograms of hashish and stolen items from them in separate areas, a police spokesperson said. Tarnol police arrested Shagufta Parveen from Jhugi Syedan and found her carrying 3.768 kg of hashish. Similarly the Koral police arrested Mehboob Ahmed and seized 1.05 kg of hashish from his possession. Meanwhile the Industrial area police arrested a suspect named Ali and recovered cash and a snatched purse from him. The Koral police also arrested a suspect named Shafiqur Rehman for possessing an unlicensed 30-bore pistol. All police stations have registered cases against the suspects.
