Major loss: Doctor robbed

The incident happened at Indus Gas Housing Society in the limits of Qasimabad police station.

HYDERABAD: Robbers broke into Dr Zahid Shaikh house on Wednesday and escaped with cash, jewelry, computers, laptops, prize bonds, six mobile phones and other valuables. Dr Shaikh is the monitoring officer for Sindh chief minister’s hepatitis free programme.

The incident happened at Indus Gas Housing Society in the limits of Qasimabad police station. According to Dr Shaikh, the worth of the stolen valuables is over Rs10 million. A complaint has been lodged against unidentified robbers.
