Inter exams from today

Will begin in nine districts of Hyderabad division and Sukkur, Khairpur, Naushero Feroze and Ghotki districts.

Higher Secondary School Certificate Part I and II annual examinations will begin in nine districts of Hyderabad division and Sukkur, Khairpur, Naushero Feroze and Ghotki districts from today.


Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Hyderabad formed 124 examination centres for 81,601 students, while BISE Sukkur has established 100 centres across the four districts under its jurisdiction.

BISE Hyderabad chairman Abdul Aleem Khanzada said on Sunday that section 144 will be enforced at the examination centres and 20 vigilance teams will be deployed to prevent candidates from cheating. He added that 22 examination centers were declared as sensitive, with ten of them in Hyderabad, four each in Thatta and Shaheed Benazirabad, two in Dadu and one each in Badin and Tando Mohammad Khan.

BISE Sukkur controller of examinations Mehmoodul Hassan Khokhar said that 14 vigilance teams were formed .
