FAISALABAD: A city district government team on Friday sealed 23 businesses in the city in an ongoing campaign against quacks.

The raiding team headed by the assistant commissioner fined 64 quacks and collected samples from 184 clinics and sent them to a Drug Testing Laboratory for chemical examination. In a raid led by Deputy District Officer (Health) Dr Ghulam Sarwar on Thursday, two clinics – Saleem Dental Clinic and Zafar Medicare Centre – were sealed on Hospital Road in Dijkot area. Drug Inspector Muhammad Farooq and Tehsil Sanitary Inspector Allah Ditta were also present.
