Malir Bar Association elections will be held today from 9am to 5pm.
KARACHI:
Malir Bar Association elections will be held today from 9 am to 5 pm. Ashraf Samoo and Sharfuddin Jamali will contest for the post of president, while Zulfiqar Shiekh, Tufail Ahmed Virk, Malik Zahid will contest for the position of vice president.
The candidates for the post of joint secretary are Riffat Qadir Kolachi, Rao Zahid Ahmed and Sher Khan Rahujo while Lutfullah Seelroo, Shamim Iqbal Soomro, Khalid Mehmood, Pir Shafiqur Rahman are running for the post of general secretary. The Malir Bar has around 570 members but the number of eligible voters is 402.
