KARACHI: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Saturday said that the government has officially hired the services of satellite imaging experts to tackle the situation in Karachi.

The government decided to hire the experts keeping in view the rise of target killing incidents in the city.

The experts will monitor potential areas where unrest takes place through satellite imaging.

The satellite imaging will also help identify routes through which miscreants flee, in case a firing incident takes place.

Malik also said that any house which will be used as a hideout will be demolished and its members will be arrested.
