Union address: ‘CDGL workers’ problems a priority’

A union member would be included in the committee constituted for quota reserved for employees’ children.

LAHORE: District Coordination Officer (DCO) Noorul Amin Mengal said that the problems of city district government Lahore (CDGL) employees will be solved on a priority basis while the issues faced by work-charge employees would be redressed soon. The DCO was speaking at a reception hosted by the CDGL Staff Union on Thursday at Town Hall. He said he would advocate for the rights of CDGL employees. He said a union member would be included in the committee constituted for quota reserved for employees’ children and the committee for promotion of employees. He urged employees to use their energies for solving citizens’ problems.
