Gilani to son: Come to Pakistan ‘immediately’, take part in ephedrine probe
The premier’s son received his first clean chit from a parliamentary committee in the drug quota scandal earlier on Wednesday.
Chairman National Assembly Standing Committee on Narcotics Control Murtaza Javed Abbasi said there is some evidence available against the principal secretary to the prime minister and former health secretary in the ephedrine quota issue, but no concrete evidence has come on record against the premier’s son, Ali Musa Gilani.
Abbasi also said that the narcotics secretary has categorically refused to appear before the standing committee probing the scandal.
Before his name could be placed on the Exit Control List (ECL) for his alleged role in a Rs7 billion drug quota scandal, the recently elected MNA had left for South Africa on April 10.

Get some proof first than accuse and convict him, that's how its done in the civilized world. Speculations and Media created hype has no credibility.

What else a concerned father supposed to do. "Come back son, there's more to loot. I can't do all single handedly, I need support of my family. There's not much time left. All personnel have been bought/removed & evidence shredded".

@Umer: It is only because of current Chief Justice. Once he will retire in coming months situation will be back to normal or as was in the past. So a general mindset is same and only Chief justice is taking action against them otherwise situation is same.
Surprising why did Musa Gilani ran away. Mr PM has the support of the parliament and is allowed to do anything without impunity. Parliament has allowed him to do whatever he feels like. Then why to be afraid of courts etc.
pakistan has come a long way. Premier's son is on the run. Could not have imagined Ijaz ul Haq, Humayun Akhtar, Hamza Shahbaz etc bailing when their dads were in charge

We are the masters in this field and if thousands of cases could face a withdrawal in Pakistan like NRO and other cases of corruption then why not your case will see the same fate.
