PTI dissolves Sindh EC, Nadir Khan Leghari appointed new provincial chief
Imran Ismail, advisor to party chief Imran Khan, confirmed the development. However, PTI Sindh Information Secretary Sarwar Rajput was clueless about the new appointment and said that an emergency meeting of the (now defunct) 'Sindh Executive Council' was currently underway and included Naeemul Haque, who, till Saturday, was the head of PTI in Sindh. They would decide on a course of action soon, he said.
Sarwar added that ‘plots’ were being hatched by people who did not want to see the party progress, and that they would contact party head Imran Khan after their meeting. .
It is expected that the new leadership in the province will be reappointed.
Haque could not be immediately reached for a comment.
Laghari was a minister under the PML-Q government in Sindh
Nadir Khan Leghari has served as the provincial minister of irrigation and power, as part of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid government in 2002. He lost his seat (PS-7 Ghotki-III) to the Pakistan Peoples Party's Sardar Ahmed Ali Khan Pitafi in the 2008 general elections by a slim margin.

Great choice Imran Khan! Nadir Leghari is an honest, educated man with a clean background. People who don't know Mr. Leghari have no clue. He is capable of putting PTI on the right track in Sindh.
howcome no remarks against ET in the 70% headlines that bash PPP, 25% for the coalition and Punjab gov. ? on the 5% that don't make IK seem like a messiah everyone starts shouting. I think the problem is not with ET but with the readers, especially PTI readers!

Nadir is a great guy, he is upright and has never been involved in any corruption. He is educated and progressive. I would bet on him any day. All the best Nadir, Imran and PTI.

Mr. naeem ul Haq already made Central Vice president and this appointment is till party election within 3 months. PTI Sindh definitely need new formula. Good decision by PTI.

Pakistan Tehrik Insaaf has dissolved its Sindh chapter in a bid to hold party elections in accordance with the decision of the party. According to Party officials, PTI’s General Secretary Dr. Arif Alvi has taken the move after consultations with the party leader Imran Khan. Nadir Leghari will work as provincial chief till the party elections are not held. The position would be considered as interim and the new president for PTI Sindh chapter would be elected in upcoming elections
He was also the secretary general PML-Q Sindh chapter during MUsharraf's regime. He is also a nephew of former president Farooq Leghari and is settled in Sindh.

Imran should dissolve whole party and do something for education and health. People are using his great name for their own evil purposes.

A body has been dissolved and yet the information secretary is clueless about the new appointment and he talks of plots hatched against the party while the ex president of sindh is missing and could not be reached for comments.It is clear that the party is being run on an ad hoc basis day to day basis and there is no proper organization or structure.The pti has no ideology or organization and it future looks very bleak.

PTI getting rid of old leadership who've stood by them for years only for lotaas and power-hungry politicians who switch parties now & again. It's sad and shows how this party of change is losing its ideology.....
According to my sources Naeemul Haque is going to become the vice president.

No doubt Nadir Leghari is honest and talented politician and he enjoys support in Ghotki and he can win one MPA seat easily in next Election but as per PTI rules, he should be elected to head Party, but he is hand picked to head Party in Sindh.
