A senior official of the political administration, Faramosh Khan told The Express Tribune that “Qismat khan belonged to Southern Districts of DI Khan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) was killed when three masked men entered a mosque at midnight where Qismat was staying with his friends and shot him.”He added that Khan was a member of the Tablighi Jamaat and was in the area for the sake of preaching.
Faramosh said that six people had been arrested under the collective responsibility act of the Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR) on the basis of suspicion. However, the motive behind the killing has not yet been ascertained.
