LAHORE: Sardar Latif Khosa on Friday pinned Tamgha-i-Imtiaz on Dr Ahmad Raza, the Rescue 1122 district emergency officer at a ceremony held at the Governor’s House. Raza got the civil award for his public services on August 14, 2011 by the Government of Pakistan, according to a press release.
