Enforced Disappearances: Three missing persons return home

Petitioner had alleged that Pishtakhara SHO Ejaz, SSP Tahir Ayyub had picked up three men from Pishtakhara area.

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) disposed of a writ petition on missing persons on Wednesday when it was informed that three men had safely reached home. During the hearing, a division bench headed by PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan was told that Shahidullah, Rifaat and Misri Khan, who were said to be missing, had reached home Tuesday night. Petitioner Basitullah had alleged that Pishtakhara SHO Ejaz and SSP Tahir Ayyub had picked up three men on March 4 from Pishtakhara area.
