ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has said that it has taken an exciting step to enhance the Internet connectivity experience for existing and new broadband customers by upgrading 1Mbps connections to 2Mbps for the same price. In a press release, PTCL says that in the new package, broadband customers can enjoy 2Mbps connectivity for the price of Rs1,250 per month, which they paid earlier for a 1Mbps connection. PTCL says it is giving broadband customers more for less, with an automatic upgrading valid for three months, following which a normal tariff of Rs1,499 for 2Mbps will become applicable. “This launch will further facilitate broadband users, ensuring that their complete communications needs are fulfilled,” said Senior Executive Vice President Commercial Naveed Saeed.
