KARACHI: CCA and Omar Associates Whites qualified for the semi-finals of the NBP Inter-Academies Under-17 T20 Cricket League Tournament. Akbar Babar produced a fine all-round show to help CCA beat RLCA Burewala by seven wickets at the RLCA ground, North Karachi. Babar took three wickets and scored a fine 26. In the other last-eight fixture of the tournament, Omar Associates thrashed RLCA Karachi by six wickets with Jaahid Ali hitting an unbeaten 44 with the help of three boundaries.
