Cooperation: Turkish delegation meets IGP

LAHORE:


Two Turkish Police officers on Tuesday met with the Inspector General of Punjab Police, Habibur Rahman. Mustafa Ozguler and Mahmut Cengiz discussed the exchange programme for trainers, a memorandum regarding which was signed between the Turkish National Police and Punjab Police in October 2011.

The delegation will also visit other police offices including the Counter Terrorism Department, the Police Training School in Chuhng, the Special Branch office, the Chief Traffic Officer’s office, the Elite Police Training School at Bedian Road and the CCPO’s office this week.


Agreements signed:

Two agreements were signed on Monday between the Lahore Transport Company (LTC) and two Turkish companies.

The agreements were signed by LTC chairman Khwaja Ahmad Hassaan and representatives of the Al-Bayrak Group and Ozkartallar.
