Football: Army down Railways in national event

KARACHI: Pakistan Army defeated Pakistan Railways 1-0 in the National Challenge Cup underway in Karachi. Mohammad Rashid scored the winner in the 32nd minute. In another match, Wapda brushed aside National Youth B Team 3-0, courtesy goals from Ahmed Khan and captain Arif Mehmood, who scored a brace. Meanwhile, Pakistan Public Works Department beat Pakistan Air Force 2-0.
