Way forward on polio (II)

Is it only the responsibility of foreign organisations to work for our children? not our individual responsibility?

PESHAWAR: The  Polio campaign in Pakistan is fully funded by Unicef and/or WHO, whereas our government only provides the man-power. What if donor funds cease? What will we do then? We don’t have a plan, we don’t have a vision and apparently we don’t even have the budget.

Is it only the responsibility of foreign organisations to work for our children? Is it not our individual responsibility?
