BB murder case: Court notice pasted outside Musharraf's farmhouse

ISLAMABAD: On the directions of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, a notice summoning former President Pervez Musharraf in the Benazir Bhutto murder case has been pasted outside his farmhouse located in the Chak Shahzad area of Islamabad, Express News reported on Tuesday.

The notice asks Musharraf to appear in the Supreme Court on March 22 with documents proving his identity as a Pakistani citizen.

“Yes, I can confirm that a notice has been pasted on the main gate of Musharraf's farm house,” Sheikh Naeem, a senior police official, told AFP.

The Supreme Court had passed the orders yesterday over the non-delivery of notices to key witnesses and suspects in the murder probe. The court had directed the Registrar’s Office to ensure a speedy process of the delivery to all parties.

A formal application from the interior ministry had also been moved to the Interpol headquarters in France for the issuance of red warrants against the former president. The request was routed through a representative of Interpol in Pakistan.

I suggest you read "Civilization by Niall Ferguson" and discover why and how the West established paramountcy over all other civilizations. Read, said Allah to Mohammad as his first words. Its reading that Muslims regretably are not good at.

Remember Musharraf spared his life and let him go to Saudi ARabia. YOu want him handcuffed? Are you mad? Musharraf was the best thing that happened to Pakistan. There is none before him or one after him. All others are thieves and non-patriotic.
