
Zong, the fastest growing network of the country, has announced that it has launched a state-of-the-art fully multimedia contact centre in Lahore.
In a press release, Zong says this is the first of its kind multimedia features-rich contact centre in the telecom sector of Pakistan using next generation Cloud Computing Model.
It has a service capacity of 300 seats fully dedicated to cater to the needs of customers, which clearly demonstrates the company’s commitment to achieving service excellence with a customer-centric approach, it says.
Following the corporate strategy from the parent company – China Mobile, Zong says it realises that excellent service is the key to attracting and maintaining customers.
