LONDON:
World champion Jason Kenny’s chances of representing Britain at the 2012 Olympic sprint event suffered a blow after he was ousted from the London track World Cup. Kenny, a silver medallist behind teammate Sir Chris Hoy at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, suffered a 2-0 quarter-final defeat to Germany’s Maximilian Levy. He is currently battling Hoy for Britain’s sole sprint place at the London Games this summer.
