Small dispensaries on boats, called “Mobile Health Ship Zones,” are being introduced in the remote coastal areas of Sindh, according to the director-general of the Coastal Development Authority (CDA), Mohammad Hanif Pathan Jati. The CDA was focusing on improving the civic infrastructure, schools and dispensaries in the area. It was also launching solar electricity projects. About 152 schemes were underway in the area, out of which 60 were almost complete. The schemes cost around Rs3,133 million.
