MANSEHRA: Three people were burned to death when a shelter caught fire in Garlat, Balakot according to police officials. Muhammad Basheer, a baker, his son Ahsan Bashir and a relative, Shahbaz went to sleep while a coal fire was burning. Early Wednesday morning, the shelter caught fire, engulfing all three. After the 2005 earthquake, NGOs constructed shelters for the affected people after their houses were reduced to rubble.
