Armed Attack: Security man killed, 10 others injured

Unidentified armed assailants fired rocket propelled grenade on security convoy, says sources.

QUETTA: A security man was killed and ten others sustained injuries when a group of armed men attacked their convoy near Marget in Kachhi district on Tuesday night. According to sources, unidentified armed assailants fired rocket propelled grenade on security convoy, killing a security man on the spot while injuring ten others. The explosions were followed by intense firing. Local sources said there was exchange of firing between assailants and security personnel till late hours of the evening. No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
