Kidnapped: Education officer and driver missing

UMERKOT: Jan Muhammad Nohri, an education department officer and former Umerkot Executive District Officer Education, was kidnapped on his way to Hyderabad on Saturday. Nohri left his home in an official vehicle along with a driver. His family lost contact with him when he was in the limits of Tando Jam, at the Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Road. People from the community and the members of Sindh Professors and Lecturers Association staged a demonstration on Sunday against the kidnapping.
