Fire: Textile mill burns down

MIll caught fire all of sudden due to which sheets and spools of cloth worth millions of rupees were destroyed.

FAISALABAD: A local textile mill was reduced to ashes in the area of the Khurarianwala police station on Wednesday. According to police officials, a stitching unit of the mill situated at Khurarianwala-Sahianwala Road caught fire all of sudden due to which precious sheets and spools of cloth worth millions of rupees were destroyed. Rescue 1122 rushed to the spot and were able to control the fire after several hours. No loss of life was reported in the incident. Police have yet to determine the cause of the fire but have launched a detailed investigation into the incident.
