
In the first match, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) were restricted to a paltry 78 for eight with Sukhan Faiz remaining not out on 53. In reply, Komal Feroz guided Punjab home with an unbeaten 45 and was named player of the match.
In the other encounter, Balochistan managed 107 for seven but the total proved insufficient against ZTBL, which overhauled the target in the 19th over with Nain Abidi top-scoring (39*).
K-P, who needed to beat Federal Capital to qualify for the final, went down by 10 wickets. Federal Capital managed to overhaul the 102-run target in just the 13th over with Marium Hassan Shah scoring 52 not out.
