LIBREVILLE:
The 2012 Africa Cup of Nations dished out a pulsating opening day with Senegal falling 2-1 to Zambia. Emmanuel Mayuka and Rainford Kalaba scored for Zambia, while all Senegal had to show for their dominance was a goal from Dame N’Doye. Earlier, Javier Balboa scored to give Equatorial Guinea a 1-0 win over Libya, which earned the co-hosts a $1 million bonus offered by a son of the country’s president.
