HYDERABAD: The Sindh High Court on Saturday ordered the district administration of Shaheed Benazirabad to allow the All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) to hold its rally in Khadhar, Sakrand Taluka on January 21.

The APML chief Pervez Musharraf is expected to address the rally.

A divisional bench comprising of Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Munib Akhtar heard the petition filed by the party’s provincial chief organiser, Ghulam Rasool Unar on Friday. His counsel Muhammad Siddiqui Mirza argued that all political parties were holding rallies and public meetings in preparation for the elections.

I think that the APML and its former dictator leader should realize by now that no one in Pakistan wants them. 9 years of the Musharraf dictatorship was enough to dishearten anyone from wanting him back. I would say a good number of Pakistan's present problems are due to his dictatorship.

APML is the only party that has to face several hurdles in holding rallies. Hope this will be a resounding success.

Good luck APML team :)
